Q. What is the process of returning/cancelling the product purchased?
Anyone willing to return/cancel the product can raise the request online by logging in their account. The customer willing to cancel the order shall do so within 24 hours or else the right of cancellation be revoked. In the case of return, the request shall be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Kindly ensure the product is intact with its original tags and the invoice. A pickup will be arranged after authorization and the concerned courier guy will pick it up from your doorstep.
Q. When can the orders be replaced ?
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you can get it replaced by getting in touch with us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Q. When will I get my refund ?
The product returned by the customer will go to our quality check team. After getting approved, the refund amount will be initiated within a span of 2 days. However it might take sometime to get reflected in your bank account.
